As a fan of BBQ, l love trying different restaurants. Had heard about Taste of Kansas City. It's a truck located in S mid-town. Tried the 2 meat with 1 side meal, selecting ribs, saugage and slaw. The ribs were very tender and juicy tasting were good. The ribs were swimming in way too much sause. The sausage had a complex flavor from a variety of spices, but was good and sliced the long way. Took 1 star away because too much sause kept from really tasting the ribs. Will try again but will ask light on the sause.
I will update this review when I take pictures, I was hungry. LOL. But, this place was a pleasant surprise! I felt welcomed the moment I entered the door. They were attentive & super patient while I grabbed my pickup order. The taste of BBQ was definitely there. I will be back. We ordered Rib Tips, Ribs & burnt ends... everything was soo great! Will definitely be going back & updating this!
absolutely delicious this was my first time having them and everybody in my home was more than satisfied with their meals he even remade it for me since I came late customer service top tier I always can appreciate the hard work of a good restaurant much love my new fav bbq place
Pulled up last minute before closing and glad we did! I ordered the smoked chicken wings with fries and my husband ordered the Philly steak. The flavor in the food is AMAZING! And the sauce is definitely full of flavor! Found my new bbq spot!
